In the chemical sector: The company has an annual production capacity of 260,000 tons of methanol, 100,000 tons of polyformaldehyde, and 10,000 tons of pentaerythritol. These products are primarily manufactured at the company's headquarters and its Chongqing branch. The annual polyformaldehyde production capacity ranks fifth in the world, second in Asia, and first in China. The polyformaldehyde plant at the company's headquarters is China's first 10,000-ton-level imported facility, establishing China's own polyformaldehyde industry. The "Yuntianhua" brand polyformaldehyde is a famous brand product in Yunnan Province and is widely used in the automotive industry, electronics and electrical industry, industrial components, pipe fittings, and more. The pentaerythritol plant, fully imported from Italy's EUROTECNICA, employs an advanced continuous production process using low-temperature sodium method technology. The product quality exceeds the British ICI standard and is widely used in alkyd resin coatings, plasticizers, high explosives, acid-resistant materials, aviation lubricants, adhesive additives, and more. The 260,000-ton methanol facility is part of the company's coal-to-gas technological transformation project. This project uses coal as a raw material and employs advanced coal pressurized gasification technology to produce crude syngas. The process technology is advanced, reliable, energy-efficient, with low emissions of "three wastes," qualifying it as a clean production process. The Chongqing branch, located in Changshou District, Chongqing, is primarily engaged in the production and sales of polyformaldehyde products, with a polyformaldehyde production capacity of 70,000 tons.
